Adequate stay at city hotel
The room was clean upon arrival. Breakfast was well-cooked with a VARIETY of choices. Staff were friendly. They were also helpful .
The bathroom door was stiff. It was EXTREMELY difficult to slide and close.

Adequate city stay
friendly reception staff complimentary towel extra fee basic breakfast
The reception staff was efficient and friendly. The room was modern and spotlessly clean it had an iron ironing board and hairdryer! The bed was really comfy and the shower worked perfectly. I used the gym twice it had a great range of cardio and weights. Complimentary towels and a water machine were available too.
I found that parking incurred an extra fee I found this out upon arrival. There were no spaces left anyway so I had to park my car on the street. Breakfast was a little basic I think more options could have been offered.

excellent stay
clean room comfortable bed helpful staff
the room was very clean and fairly spacious. the queen bed was comfortable, and the shower worked great.. the staff was lovely from check-in to check-out. i found the location fantastic, especially convenient for the concert venue.
the air conditioning was not great, so the room was a bit too warm for sleeping.

poor bacon clogged drain
the gym had a decent selection OF equipment.
The breakfast was REALLY disappointing. the scrambled eggs tasted like powder, and the bacon was just GLOBS of fat. also, the shower drain was clogged. I stood in ankle-deep water while showering, gross.

minor issues during stay
bed hair faulty air conditioning
the location was good for attending an event at ao arena. the staff were helpful.
The room was not as clean as i expected. i found hairs on the bed. also, the air conditioning didn't work well and barely cooled the room at all. It made for an uncomfortable night.

Solid stay in a vibrant city
vegetarian sausages waffle station key card daily towel
The included breakfast featured vegetarian sausages. Fresh waffles could be made at the waffle station. Access to higher floors was secured by key card verification in the lift, a reassuring security measure. I had daily towel changes, a service i found attentive.
The bar snack menu had limited options, only slightly disappointing.
