The reception staff was efficient and friendly. The room was modern and spotlessly clean it had an iron ironing board and hairdryer! The bed was really comfy and the shower worked perfectly. I used the gym twice it had a great range of cardio and weights. Complimentary towels and a water machine were available too.

I found that parking incurred an extra fee I found this out upon arrival. There were no spaces left anyway so I had to park my car on the street. Breakfast was a little basic I think more options could have been offered.

The air con didn't work and the room was like a sauna all night. There wasn't even a window i could open.

the room was very clean and fairly spacious. the queen bed was comfortable, and the shower worked great.. the staff was lovely from check-in to check-out. i found the location fantastic, especially convenient for the concert venue.

the air conditioning was not great, so the room was a bit too warm for sleeping.

The breakfast was REALLY disappointing. the scrambled eggs tasted like powder, and the bacon was just GLOBS of fat. also, the shower drain was clogged. I stood in ankle-deep water while showering, gross.

The room was not as clean as i expected. i found hairs on the bed. also, the air conditioning didn't work well and barely cooled the room at all. It made for an uncomfortable night.
